Forest Fire in Palamau District

One of the major problems of forest officers is how to protect forests from fires. In Palamau sal regeneration has not been as successful as expected due to the occurrence of severe fires. In this article methods to prevent such fires on the basis of personal experience gained during the fire-fighting operations in the different parts of the division, are suggested.Downloads
