Abstract

A new variety of Indigofera heterantha Wall. ex Brandis is described from Bhutan. The foliowing taxa namely, Dalbergia stioulacea Roxb., Desmodium khasianum Prain, Desmodium oblongum Wall. ex Benth., Moghania fruticulosa (Wall. ex Benth.) Mukerjee, constitute new records for the flora of Bhutan. Derris polystachya Benth. a rare species, has been collected for the second time, the first collection being in 1895 by Dr. King.
