A study was conducted to assess, the Influence of different plant growth hormones on physiology of flowering in Jatropha curcas L. variety Pant- J Selection 2 as flowers have the major importance on seed yield and thus biodiesel production. Application of plant growth regulators such as Ethrel, IAA and NAA as foliar spray was found to influence the flowering pattern of plant. Higher concentrations (100 ppm and 150 ppm) of all plant growth regulators had a more prominent effect on flowering and significantly increased the number offemale flowers of the treated plants.Downloads
