Abstract

Symptoms of haemorrhagic septicaemia , a dreaded disease in elephant is recorded in this study which reveals systematic spread of Oedema from jowl to throat , neck , brisket , abdomen and perenical regions. It also records the changes in character / colour of dung , urine , eye , tongue , trunk , body temperature , feeding habit and body condition along with treatment given to cure the disease.
