Abstract

Observations the occurrence of Lymantria obfuscata Walker on cashew in Narimanam Cashew Plantations, Cuddalore Forest Division, Tamil Nadu are reported. These are the new host and locality record. of the pest. Brief note on the bionomics of this species is given.
