Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an integration of Remote Sensing, Data Base Management System and Digital Cartography. Recent developments in GIS and Remote Sensing technologies provide adequate tools for comprehensive and cost effective means for inventory, planning and management. GIS is a State-of-the-art requiring Computer Hardware and application Software.
