On Aphids (Homoptera : Aphididae) and their Parasitoids (Aphidiidae : Hymenoptera) Infesting Forest Trees in Kashmir Valley, India

This paper covers detailed investigations on the aphid-fauna associated with forest trees of Kashmir Valley, together with their hymenopteran parasites as natural enemies of various aphid species. A total of 29 spicies under 23 genera of aphids have been found to damage 24 species of forest trees and 21 species distributed over 10 genera of aphid parasitoids are reported to occur in this region. Host plant, aphid and parasitoid list is also added.Downloads
