Abstract

This paper deals with the results of a study on biomass preduction and distribution of nutrients carried out in 20 years old teak and gamar plantations in Teliamura Forest Division in Tripura State during January, 1987. The resulls of the studies indicated that the productivity for teak comes out to be 6.9 tons/ha/year and 8.2 tons/ha/year for gamar.
