Coppicing experiment was conducted in different sizes of diameter classe. 0-2 cm, 2.1 cm to 4 cm and 4.1 cm to 6 cm in Eucalyptur terelicarnis in ten year old plantation The average number of coppice shoot thrown by the stump of all the diameter classes was nearly equal. The height and diameter of coppice shoot was significantly higher In the stumps of larger diameter. The results will therefore have a far reaching effect on the management and exploitation of coppice regeneration and rotation of Eucalyptus teretlcornis plantalion in various parts of the State.Downloads
