Abstract

The paper deals with the Initial introduction and trial cultivation of Solanum laciniatum at New Forest, Dehra Dun from a small quantity of seeds received from ICAR Solan based project. Indicative yield of berries, as well as leaves, roots and stem together with the solasodine content in each part has been given.
