Abstract

The present study provides a comprehensive taxonomic review of the genus Dinetus Buch.-Hum. ex D.Don in India, recognising six species namely Dinetus decorus, D. dinetoides, D. grandiflorus, D. malabaricus, D. racemosus, D. truncatus. Detailed morphological descriptions, diagnostic keys, distributional data, and taxonomic notes are provided for each species in India.
