Abstract

Perciana flavifusa Hampson (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is recorded as a serious pest of Grewia optiva Drumm. ex Burret (family Tiliaceae). The host plant, occurrence, pest status, feeding behaviour, growth and development, and description of insect, are reported for the first time.
