Shade increased plant height, number of nodes, mean inter nodal length and various growth attributes in Cassia ingistifolia L. The leaf growth also increased in terms of number, expansion and dry matter accumulation. The promotory effect was more prominent at 25 per cent shade, however, the impact of further increase in shade level was marginal.Downloads
