Abstract

The present study assess 19 species of ferns belonging to 10 families from Aizawl district, Mizoram. The present report is made on the basis of field investigation in the seven different villages of the district and their taxonomic identification. Amongst them 16 species are terrestrial 3 are epiphytic and 4 species are of ethno botanical use(s).
