Abstract

The description of A Mist Chamber constructed at Simla has been given. The results of trials made with coniferous species like Pinus roxburgyhii, Pinus wallichiana, Pinus gerardiana, Cedrus deodara, Abies pindrow and Picea ,emythiyana have been given. Except Pinus gerardiana all the species have been rooted. The studies. Have indicated that mist chambers are very usleful in rooting coniferous species.
