Abstract

Mechanical tests were done in green and dry conditions on standard clear specimens obtained from Bucklandia populnea, Micehlia excelsa and Quercus sp. received from the Balipara Forest Djvision, North East Frontier Agency. The results have been compared with teak and other species of the same genera received from Bengal, tested and reported previously.
