Abstract

A study in Eucalyptus hybrid population of 14 years age revealed that selection differential and selection intensity for height were recorded as 12.49 m and 22.33 per cent, respectively while for girth at breast height estimates for selection differential and intensity were recorded as 28.38 cm and 18.33 per cent, respectively. Simultaneous selection for height and girth both at culling level revealed values as 12.63 m for height and 33.91 cm for girth as selection differential and 8.33 per cent as selection intensity.
