Acacia caven is an important species for soil conservation and establishment of sand dunes in arid and semi-arid areas. Nursery trial has brougbt out that the seeds should be sown in soil mixture containing soil and sand in 1:1 ratio at 1 cm depth for optimum germination. For better growth, seedlings should be grown in soil, sand and F.Y.M. mixture in the ratio 2:1:1.Downloads
