Abstract

Two grass species Panicum sparsicomum Nees ex. Steudel, an endemic to India-Sri Lanka and Themeda mooneyi Bor, an endemic to Peninsular India collected from North-Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh form the new distributional records for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Complete descriptions, critical Dotes and illustrations are provided for individual taxa.
