Dr. K. Kathiresan is currently working as UGC-BSR Faculty Fellow and Honorary Professor in CAS in Marine Biology Annamalai University.  He has 34 years of teaching and research experience in marine botany especially in mangroves.  He has guided 40 Ph.Ds and published about 500 research papers.

Mr. Balasubramaniyan is a research scholar, working for Ph.D., degree on marine biology in Government Arts College, Chidambaram

Dr. Natarajan Sitrangaboopathy is a post doctoral fellow in the  CAS in Marine Biology Annamalai University. His work is on bioprospecting mangroves.
